‘I’m a very nervous emotional person when it comes to visiting the dentist, having been with my previous one for years, I decided to go to Highfield on the recommendation of my husband. When I made contact for my first appointment I explained to the receptionist my fears, she was so kind, helpful and understanding and recommended Pinal Patel who would be perfect for me. I went along for my first appointment very anxious but as soon as I walked in the receptionists were so friendly they soon put me at ease.

I have now gone back for my second appointment and I can’t thank Pinal Patel enough for being so patience with me and for making sure that throughout my procedure I was ok and not in any pain. He is so kind, understanding, gentle, considerate and very professional.
